- Sponsor. Russell Dudar Personal Real Estate Corporation, Royal LePage Little Oak Realty, 778-868-1406, russelldudar@royallepage.ca.
- No purchase necessary. Entry is completely free. No purchase, listing, transaction, or agreement with the Sponsor or Royal LePage Little Oak Realty is required to enter or to win, and entering does not improve or affect any real estate service you may receive.
- Contest period. The draw runs monthly. Entries for the current draw open August 1, 2026 and close at 11:59pm Pacific Time on August 31, 2026. Entries received after that time go into the following month's draw.
- Who can enter. Open to residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the province. One entry per person per monthly draw. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Prize. One (1) prize per monthly draw, consisting of a $50 Amazon.ca gift card. Approximate retail value CAD $50.00. The prize is awarded as-is, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
- Odds of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. There is no regional allocation of prizes.
- Skill-testing question. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question put to them at the time they are notified, as required under Canadian law. An entrant who answers incorrectly forfeits the prize and another entrant will be drawn.
- Selection and notification. One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries within five business days of the close date, notified by email at the address submitted, and announced by first name and last initial in the following monthly market update. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven days, or is ineligible, another entrant will be drawn.
- Your information. Your details are used to administer this draw and nothing else. Entering does not subscribe you to any marketing email. The newsletter checkbox on the entry form is entirely optional and has no bearing on your chances of winning. Your details are never sold or shared, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time by emailing the Sponsor.
